We can support with planning permission and advise on things such as plumbing and electrical work. Our very experienced estimators provide an itemised quote, meaning you can make changes to the design and fittings to suit your budget. We provide a schedule of works, so you know exactly what is happening and when. Our Health, Safety and Environment Co-ordinator is extremely through and will provide all the documentation needed to ensure the project goes ahead safely. Our project manager oversees the whole project and is extremely approachable. They keep in regular contact with our clients, giving plenty of opportunities for the client to share any questions they have and to ensure smooth communication throughout the project. Our skilled team, with years of experience, deliver high quality service. All sites are snag checked, cleaned and ready to use immediately.

An Itemised quote helps you see clearly what you are being charged for. It also allows you make adaptations to the quote. You may decide your budget allows for you to pick a higher quality finish for some items, or if the quote has come in over budget, you can see what areas you want to change to meet your budget. We aim to provide full transparency.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Zone Cee Ltd to convert our substantial loft into a storage room. New access and floor were added. The walls and pitched roof were insulated and finished with plasterboard. Their work was of the highest quality. We now not only have ample storage but a space that can easily be converted into bedrooms and en-suites in the future. Being totally satisfied with the building company we then asked them to install decking in the rear garden. Also the timber fences were replaced and a double timber gate was installed to the front of the drive. Again all of the work was carried out efficiently and within our budget.
