We often work with Designers or Architects too, in our role as Principal Contractor. This means we also manage any other contractors on site contributing towards the project.

Space Planning & CAD Design
Auditing your space can help you to see ways to utilise spare and ancillary spaces by converting them into practical and pleasant working environments to suit your needs.
Following a site survey and discussions, we will provide an existing layout drawing along with several proposals for you to choose from.
Prior to commencing our projects, we like to meet up with you to go through all the options, from tap styles to paint colours, to make sure we get your vision right.
Fitting Out
When you have identified your new space, we can create the offices, breakout rooms, conference areas, receptions and kitchens you require.
We provide mood boards with sample finishes so you can see your ideas, before committing to your new schemes.
We also offer relocation services whether you are moving a small team or a whole department.
Our team have a varied and experienced skill-set meaning we carry out all the works, from stripping out to installation.
Refurbishment
If you are looking to update or refurbish your existing facilities to a modern high quality standard we can provide ideas to suit your budget.
Our estimators will visit the site and run through your initial ideas with you, before providing you with a comprehensive, free of charge quotation.
We can advise on feasibility, compliance with regulations and suggest products to achieve your requirements.
Project Management & Health and Safety
Our project management team will take overall responsibility for your project ensuring that every aspect is completed to a high standard giving you peace of mind.
We work as the Principal Contractor on all our jobs, which means we manage all the sub-contractors working on the project.
We can advise you on your role as the Client under the Construction (Design & Management) 2015 Regulations.
Extensions & New-Builds
We have a wealth of experience in designing bespoke extension solutions.
Our design and build service enables you to have a hands free role as we manage your new build from concept through to fabrication.
