• Isolate existing electrics and
• Remove existing cubicles, WC’s, Wash Hand Basin’s, hand dryer, lighting, cleaners sink, wall tiles and radiator.
• Refix existing radiator
• Supply and install new cubicles
• Construct stud framework ready for duct panelling
• Supply and install duct panelling
• Supply and install 3no WC’s
• Supply and install coved skirting to perimeter for vinyl to lay over
• Extend half height wall to full height
• Prepare floor with latex ready for new vinyl flooring
• Supply and install new vinyl flooring
• Supply and install new LED lighting on PIR sensors
• Plaster walls and supply and install whiterock cladding to walls @ 1.2m high
• Supply and install wash trough with non-concussive taps & brackets
• Supply and install new cleaners sink with non-concussive taps and legs
• Construct new storeroom
• Supply and install door to storeroom
• Supply and install storeroom lighting
• Silicon sealing to joints
• Decorations to joinery and walls
• Supply and install new hand-dryer
