Project Overview: Fencing & Automated Gate Upgrade

We delivered a full perimeter security upgrade for a school in Dudley (Birmingham), including new high-security fencing and automated access gates. Working alongside Park Lane Fencing and JF Poulton, we enhanced both safety and access control with minimal disruption to school operations.

  • Site setup with temporary Heras fencing for safe, controlled work areas

  • Removal of outdated railings, posts, and a dwarf wall

  • Excavation and preparation for new fencing infrastructure

  • Tarmac cutting and underground duct installation for power and controls

  • Installation of steel perimeter fencing (Park Lane Fencing)

  • Automated entrance/exit gates with integrated safety sensors

  • Access control integration with existing school systems (JF Poulton)

  • Surface reinstatement and full site clean-down on completion
