Project Brief

The school required a full refurbishment of both the girls’ and boys’ student washrooms to modernise aging facilities and improve hygiene, safety, and overall user experience. The project focused on delivering robust, easy-to-maintain, and visually appealing environments, all within a fixed budget and tight timescale.

Our Approach

We delivered a complete strip-out and fit-out of both washrooms, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum long-term value. Existing elements such as lighting, hand dryers, and flooring (where suitable) were retained or reused to optimise costs without compromising quality.

Girls’ Washroom Highlights

• Installed 6 new Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) cubicles
• Supplied and fitted 6 new WC pans and 5 basins with non-concussive taps
• New vanity unit, hygienic Bioclad wall cladding, and vinyl flooring
• Added 2 safety mirrors, decorative finishes, and final deep clean

Boys’ Washroom Highlights

• Installed 4 SGL cubicles, 4 WC pans, and 4 basins
• Retained urinals; wall cladding fitted around them
• New vanity unit, vinyl flooring, and boxing for exposed pipework
• Finished with 4 safety mirrors, redecoration, and clean down

Both washrooms have been transformed into clean, durable, and student-friendly spaces with modern finishes and improved functionality. High-quality materials and thoughtful design choices ensure easy maintenance and long-term performance.
