Project Overview

Our team was appointed to undertake the refurbishment of existing WC facilities within a school environment. The objective was to modernise the space by replacing outdated cubicles, flooring, and duct panel systems while ensuring minimal disruption to school operations.

Scope of Works

Strip-Out & Preparatory Works

• Carefully removed existing cubicles and duct panelling.

• Removed WC pans to allow access for works

• Removed sanitary ware and existing flooring as required.

• Inspected the sub-floor and provided condition reports to the school.

Installation & Fit-Out

• Repaired framework following inspection and survey findings.

• Supplied and installed 2 new cubicles.

• Supplied and installed 2 new WC duct panel sets.

• Applied latex screed to level the floor area.

• Supplied and laid new anti-slip vinyl flooring with a hygienic cap-and-cove skirting finish.

• Re-fitted cubicles and sanitary ware upon completion of flooring works.

Outcome

The refurbishment delivered a clean, durable, and safe washroom environment designed to withstand heavy daily use. The new cubicles, flooring system and duct panels provide improved hygiene, simplified maintenance, and a modern aesthetic appropriate for a school setting.
