Project Overview

We delivered a high-quality, fully insulated temporary classroom building, designed for year-round use. This modular timber frame structure was constructed to meet educational needs quickly, efficiently, and within budget.

🏗️ Phase 1: Demolition and Groundworks

Our team began with site clearance and ground preparation, ensuring a solid and level base for the modular classroom.

Demolition works included:

  • Removing old sheds and existing concrete base
  • Excavating and removing excess topsoil

Groundwork included:

  • Installation of 300mm MOT Type 1 base
  • Concrete slab with shuttering and visqueen membrane

  • Excavation and installation of underground drainage

  • Tarmac reinstatement and site make-good
