Brief Description

• Strip out existing lighting, FF&E, sink and associated pipework and doors.
• Strip out redundant power supplies from previous workshop layout and make good where power supplies have been stripped.
• Clean area ready for fit out
• Latex existing floor ready to receive new vinyl flooring
• Supply and lay vinyl flooring
• Skim walls and ceiling leaving smooth even finish
• Supply and fit LED lighting on PIR
• Supply and install megaflow water system ready for new WHB’s
• Adapt and install pipework ready for installation of new WHB’s
• Supply and install salon backwash units x3, salon style chairs x3 and new mirror stations x 3
• Paint existing doors and supply and install new ironmongery
• Supply and install new shelving
• Supply and fit small power supplies to suit new layout and appliances
• Supply and install accessories to include scissors and thinner sets x3, hair dryers x3 and hair straighteners x3
• Decorations to walls and ceilings
• Remove and replace 3 existing windows to top hung UPVC
• Power sockets and plumbing to store cupboard for condenser unit and washing machine
• Extra shelving triangle style for towels
• Strip out existing wood shop shelving
• Install additional twin socket and 2 data point
