We recently finished a complete turnkey refurbishment of the 2nd floor offices (7,000sq ft). The project took 8 weeks, with a value of £264k and included: new suspended ceiling; new flooring; comfort cooling; LED and small power system using underfloor buzz bar in raised access floor. We also refurbished the common areas, male and female toilets and the lift lobby.
