Meet the director

James started a career in construction in 2016 after obtaining a Master’s degree in Construction Project and Cost Management from Coventry University. He spent several years gaining experience in house building, working his way up to an assistant site manager.

In 2018, he decided to leave housebuilding and entered the construction and refurbishment business by joining Zone CEE ltd as an estimator.

In his role as an estimator, James communicates with prospective clients, conduct site visits, measure up where required along with gathering all necessary information to prepare a tender document and quote. Using his previous knowledge of site management, James is able to act as a contract manger, ensuring the project is carried out efficiently and within the time frame set out at tender stage.

In 2021, James became the sole director of Zone CEE Ltd. He is still carrying out his role as an estimator as well as running the company. James and his fantastic team have a strong reputation, especially amongst schools. The team he has built around him are a credit to the company and as a result of their good work, Zone CEE have repeat clients and a reputation that grows with each day.
