Brief Description

• Strip out existing doors flooring FF&E sink and associated pipework lighting.
• Supply and fit LED lighting on PIR.
• Latex existing floor ready to receive new vinyl flooring.
• Supply and lay vinyl flooring.
• Supply and install new sink with taps.
• Supply and fit new doors.
• Supply and install new trespa top lab desks x6 and seating with high back stools x6 pairs
• Skim walls leaving smooth even finish.
• Supply and install whiterock wall cladding to 2m in height.
• Board over corridor windows.
• Decorations to walls and ceilings.
• To supply and install a 4” extract fan complete with speed controller.
• To supply and install 1 twin bench socket to the teachers demonstration table.
• To supply and install 1 stop button by the teachers demonstration table to isolate all sockets apart from the projector supply.
• To supply and install 3 compartment dado trunking.
• To supply and install a 10way Distribution board to the Science prep room to supply all circuits within the science classroom.
• To supply and install 3 twin sockets contained in white plastic conduit within the science prep room.
• Supply and install plumbing emergency stop button.
• Supply and install 2 whiteboards, 1 sink to classrooms with taps and eye wash station.
• Construct raised floor area for fitted practical desk.
• Supply and fit desk for teacher’s demonstrations, lockable steel base units, worktops and chairs for computer stations.
• Construct prep room from metal stud, fire rated insulation, plasterboard and ply.
• Cladding to external prep room to 2.4m high.
• Supply and install heavy duty door.
• Supply lockable cupboards to prep room.
• Supply and install sink and drainage board to prep room and worktop.
