We can support with planning permission and advise on things such as plumbing and electrical work. Our very experienced estimators provide an itemised quote, meaning you can make changes to the design and fittings to suit your budget. We provide a schedule of works, so you know exactly what is happening and when. Our Health, Safety and Environment Co-ordinator is extremely through and will provide all the documentation needed to ensure the project goes ahead safely. Our project manager oversees the whole project and is extremely approachable. They keep in regular contact with our clients, giving plenty of opportunities for the client to share any questions they have and to ensure smooth communication throughout the project. Our skilled team, with years of experience, deliver high quality service. All sites are snag checked, cleaned and ready to use immediately.

All our projects are overseen by our contract manager who knows each detail of the project. They organise our highly skilled workforce, so everyone knows what they are doing ensuring project run smoothly and is completed on time. This also gives the client someone to liaise with directly.

FREE itemised quote

An Itemised quote helps you see clearly what you are being charged for. It also allows you make adaptations to the quote. You may decide your budget allows for you to pick a higher quality finish for some items, or if the quote has come in over budget, you can see what areas you want to change to meet your budget.
