Working at the prestigious Academy Training Centre in Smethwick, we refurbished and reorganised the existing communal changing areas (290m2) to provide individual shower cubicles, along with the provision of new toilets and vanity units. The existing M&E services were altered to provide greater energy efficiency and cost savings.
